Terms of Service

01The service

The service provides inspection checklists, AI flagging of possible defects and safety risks in site photos, a snag list, safety audits, toolbox talk records, permits to work and quality reports. Features available to you depend on your plan.

02Accounts and users

• The company holding the account is responsible for who it invites and the roles it assigns.
• Each user must keep their login private. Signatures and approvals made under a login are treated as made by that user.
• Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

03Safety responsibility

The service supports quality and safety work on site. It does not replace site supervision, qualified engineers, safety officers, statutory inspections or any duty that the law places on employers, contractors or owners.

AI flags are suggestions for review. A qualified person must confirm or reject each flag and decide what action to take. The absence of a flag does not mean a condition is safe or compliant.

04Acceptable use

• Use photos and worker records only for quality and safety purposes.
• Do not use the service for disciplinary surveillance, facial recognition or tracking of individuals.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

05Your data

Project data remains the property of the company holding the account. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you. You can export your data as PDF and CSV at any time while your account is active.

06Trial, plans and fees

The free trial covers up to three sites. Paid plans are billed per project per month, or yearly at the stated discount. Fees are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to the account becoming read-only until settled.

07Availability

We work to keep the service available and the site app usable offline. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Offline records sync once a connection returns.

08Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses arising from decisions made on site, including decisions based on or without an AI flag.

09Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put people on site at risk. After closure you have thirty days to export your data before it is deleted.

10Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, account owners are told by email before the change applies.
