Check each stage before the next one hides it.

Excavation, foundation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and finishing checklists, completed on a phone with photos, grid location and time. A failed line becomes a snag and can hold the pour.

AI Defect Spotter

The AI flags. Your engineer decides.

Every site photo is reviewed for honeycombing, cracks, missing cover blocks and poor finishing, and for safety risks like missing guardrails, no helmet or harness, and open edges. Each flag waits for a qualified engineer to confirm it.

  • Boxes drawn on the photo, with a match score
  • Confirm opens a snag, reject is recorded
  • Safety flags jump to the top of the queue

Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks

Audit every site the same way. Brief every crew every day.

Scheduled safety audits give each site a weighted score you can compare across the portfolio. Daily toolbox talks record the topic, the language and every worker who signed in.

  • Critical findings can stop work in a zone

On the walk

Everyone who signs the site register.

Each person sees what they are responsible for. Engineers walk, safety officers stop work, subcontractors fix, clients read.

Site engineers

Complete stage checklists, raise snags in seconds and release pours on evidence.

Quality managers

Set checklists and hold points, review AI flags and track first-time pass rates.

Safety officers

Run audits, issue permits, stop work on critical hazards and record toolbox talks.

Builders and developers

See every tower and site in one place, with scores you can compare.

Project management consultants

Get read-only access to the reports and snags that matter to the client.

Subcontractors

Receive only their own snags, upload fix photos and see due dates on their phones.

Safety and accuracy

Clear rules for an AI on a construction site.

A tool that walks a site with your people has to be honest about what it does and what it does not.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Never sold.
  • The AI flags, people decide

Possible defects and risks are flagged for qualified engineers and safety officers, who confirm and decide what happens.

  • Support, not replacement

Consteng supports safety work. It does not replace site supervision, safety officers or statutory inspections.

  • Photos for safety, not surveillance

Worker photos are used only for safety and quality records, never for disciplinary surveillance.

  • Your data stays yours

Project data belongs to your company. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold.

Plans

Priced per project, per month.

Unlimited site users on every plan. Engineers, safety officers and subcontractors never cost extra.

Questions

Asked at the site gate.

Short answers to what engineers and safety officers ask before their first walk.

Ask something else
  • Yes. Checklists, snags, photos, audits and toolbox talk attendance are saved on the phone and sync automatically when signal returns. Basements, lift cores and upper floors are covered.

  • It flags possible defects and safety risks and shows how closely each one matches known examples. It never acts on its own. A qualified engineer or safety officer confirms or rejects every flag, and rejected flags help tune what you see on your projects.

  • Subcontractors can see their own snags and upload a fix photo. Closing is reserved for the inspector who raised the snag, or someone you nominate, after they accept the closure photo.

  • Yes. On the Projects and Enterprise plans you can share PDF reports or give clients and consultants a read-only portal limited to the projects and items you choose.

  • The site app and toolbox talk notes are available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali. Checklist lines can be written in any language.

  • Most teams walk their first site the same day. Add a project, upload floor plans, pick the stage checklists and invite engineers by email. We help set up your first three sites during the free trial.
