Inspection Checklists

Every stage checked before it gets covered.

Stage-wise quality and safety checklists that site engineers complete on a phone. Each answer carries a photo, the grid location and the time, so a pour is released on evidence and not on a phone call.

What your team sees on site.

  • Excavation, foundation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting and finishing checklists ready to use
  • Pass, fail or not applicable on each line, with a photo required on every fail
  • A failed line raises a snag and can hold the pour until it is cleared
  • Works offline on site and syncs when the phone finds a signal

Capabilities

Built for how sites actually run.

01

Stage templates

Start from checklists built around common pour cards and quality assurance plans, then edit lines, references and tolerances to match your specification.

02

Hold points

Mark any line as a hold point. The stage cannot be released until that line passes and the right engineer signs it.

03

Photo on fail

A fail cannot be saved without a photo. The photo is stamped with the time, the floor and the grid reference.

04

Offline first

Basements, cores and upper floors rarely have signal. Checklists save on the phone and sync in the background.

05

Sign-off chain

Site engineer, quality engineer and consultant sign in order, each with their own login and time stamp.

06

Pour cards

Completed reinforcement and shuttering checklists become a pour card that the concreting team can see on their phones.

How it runs

Four steps, every time.

  1. 1

    Pick the stage

Choose the tower, floor and element. The right checklist loads for that stage.

  2. 2

    Walk and mark

Mark each line pass, fail or not applicable, adding photos as you go.

  3. 3

    Fails become snags

Every fail opens a snag with an owner and a due date.

  4. Release or hold

Hold points block release until they pass and are signed.
